MACHINE SHOP
The Mark Metals facility houses a versatile range of equipment for various metal processing services, including bending, shearing, cutting, threading, sawing, and plate rolling. We accommodate workpieces of all shapes and sizes, including heavy plate. We offer production machining services to fill repetitive orders and leverage machining as part of our overall fabrication services.
Inside our machine shop, we operate an extensive lineup of CNC equipment. Along with multi-spindle mills, a planer mill with a 10’ x 34’ table size, and powerful horizontal and vertical boring mills, we have multi-axis horizontal and vertical mills, a large swing lathe, and a radial drill press. Our technicians and machinists leverage their CAD/CAM skills to review part designs for optimal machinability and program equipment to facilitate setup, reduce cycle times, and promote accuracy.
Materials we typically work with include stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum, which we keep in inventory. We also work with various other specialty metals, including Inconel and titanium. Our capabilities include many standard and specialty milling, turning, and drilling operations, including threading, deep hole drilling, broaching, etc.
We are passionate about quality and machining all parts to the highest standards. Our metal processing services are set up to create prototypes, custom parts, and short production runs cost-effectively. We offer a wide range of other fabrication processes for an all-in-one solution. For product finishing, we operate one of the most considerable blasting and painting facilities on the East Coast. For more detailed information about our machining operations or integrated fabrication capabilities, contact us at any time.
